"Roman's always seems to go above and beyond. A couple years back they were swamped opening pools (didn't open mine as a friend did it that year due to scheduling). When opened the pump was dead. Roman's came out the next day to fix after saying "were booked for a week but we will try to squeeze you in" and we'll they did because 24hrs later we came home to the job done. This year we had a warranty issue on a robot. They replaced it from inventory so we could get the pool cleaned. Just A1 service. I don't understand the few negative reviews. They've always been great to us."

"Professional pool closers. I was not impressed with the original person that opened my pool, so when Romans charged approximately the same price with more resources to close it, I was skeptical. I already trust them with my pool balancing and they were detail orientated with the closing. With our late close this year, hoping the pool isn't too dark when I open in April ;). Thanks guys. Update. Just opened the pool months after closing..and wow, didn't need much work."
