"This place does excellent work. My Lenovo laptop had gotten horribly slow. Tom called me back promptly after I left a message. After dropping it off, Tom looked at it and called me back within a few hours. He explained the problem in a detailed, yet understandable way and offered up a few solutions. After the parts came in, he completed the work quickly and my laptop was lightning quick and like new again. Excellent communication, prompt turn around, and reasonable pricing. Truly, it was a great experience overall dealing with Computer Doctor."

"The guys over at the computer doctor were very friendly and helpful! I brought my computer in for water damage which unfortunately fried my RAM and motherboard so wasn’t worth repairing, but I so appreciated the communication and honesty around whether it was worth the money to replace it as well as them not charging me for working on it as my computer was a loss. Once I get a new computer (and keep it away from water), I’ll be sure to see them again if any new problems arise!"

I understand they do not have much staff but I mainly just would like them to confirm my ideas and let me fix it myself. I could have had it completely fixed by now. I still recommend this place from what I heard it is very good but they simply take too long."
