"My laptop's mother board failed and I was too busy to deal with it at the moment, so I brought it to this company to get fixed. They charged me $75 for "advanced diagnostics" which I accepted without thinking about it. Then the man I dropped the computer off with proceeded to condescend to me and disagreed with me on my own hardware requirements for my job. He had no idea what I did and assumed that I had no idea how to identify bottle necks in my own system, running programs I wrote. Once the "advanced diagnostics" where done (a week later than promised) they told me that my data could not be recovered due to bitlocker. My bitlocker pass code is stored in my windows account so that is actually a super easy problem to solve, not to mention that simple encryptions like bitlocker can be cracked. I ended up getting fed up with them, so I just took my computer back to fix it myself. I think this service is good if you know nothing about computers, but if you are capable of fixing your own computer this place is a waste of time and money."
