"They came out to give us a new sand filter and fit some piping into our original piping for the new sand filter. We have a pretty weird system and they worked with it. Ty was very great, even after when we thought that there wasnt enough sand. Our bad! Well when we went to fire up the pool, unfortunately one of the techs forgot to glue a portion of it and you can imagine the mess that made. Pretty unhappy when I called to tell them this thing busted off. Ty came out though, same day and got it fired up and went above and beyond to fix the issue. We are very happy with our overall experience and would recommend them and will use them again. They stand behind their work!"
