"A small beach tucked away in serene beauty. For us it has become a stop over when we drive to or from Chicago to Detroit. A must visit. Has picnic tables and ample parking space(Charged at 15$/day), shower rooms and rest rooms."
"This is my spot. SO much cleaner than Warren dunes - WAY LESS people - much better clientele- people also respect your bubble and stay our of your way. The bathrooms are eh.. but honestly that is a small price to pay for a much better beach experience. Also not as many tents, and canopies. We took my parents here for the day and it was SO BEAUTIFUL. We even got to watch a couple weddings and see some dogs on the beach- it was $15 per car so it is more expensive than most beach access, but it was worth it!!"
"Wonderful beach for sunsets, especially for those with limited mobility! Great visibility from the parking lot, if needed, and nice benches and places to sit nearby. Restroom facilities are also a bonus. People are always friendly and respectful when Taps is playing. Yummy nearby restaurants are a bonus."
"This is a gorgeous beach! The parking fee is $15 dollars fornthe whole day. No pets are allowed on the sand. There is a wheelchair accessible pathway, however it is not long enough to lead you into the water. There is 174 steps to climb all the way up for breath taking views."
"Beautiful, quiet beach. Plenty of parking, beach house with restrooms and concessions. Music programs and private events. Stairs over the dunes provide commanding views of Lake Michigan. Taps at sunset with two live trumpeters."
