I've come across other florists who do make nice arrangements, but found many of them to be largely repetitive of each other in terms of looks and design. Working with Blüm was a very different experience. These are easily the most unique arrangements I've ever seen! Everything was so tasteful and perfect. I'm looking forward to having the chance to work with this business again!"

"I REALLY HOPE ANY FUTURE COUPLES READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY WITH NADINE!!. It's not necessary to work in the wedding industry to understand how important a wedding is, especially for the Bride. 6 months prior to paying and having everything on paper, signed and promises made, I made the payment. I can honestly say that was the worst decision in my life. EVERYBODY wants their weddings to go smoothly and have a picture perfect wedding but things can happen that you did not plan for, however, a contract we signed and agreed to 6 months prior, having many many conversations and meetings with NADINE choosing the types of flowers and colors we thought we would receive that would go beautiful with the hall. T-Minus 1 Week - "Everything is set, your flowers are in and we're ready to roll Saturday August 5th" Says Nadine Y-Minus 1-Day - "Everything is set, we will deliver everything to you by no later than 1pm, and we've given the hall the flowers" Says Nadine Day of, I was supposed to have received Bouquet, all of the Corsage, and all of the Boutonnière by 1pm, since we had made arrangements at the Henry Ford Estate to take wedding photos. A reservation is required at the Henry Ford Estate, so receiving the flowers 2 hours early would be perfect. We had a 30 minute reservation at Henry Ford Estate from 3pm-3:30pm, however, Nadine LITERALLY ignored all my calls between 1-4:30pm. the photos were taken without any of our flowers and what we had agreed upon. Nadine calls me at 4:30. 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO MY RECEPTION and MADE MY BROTHER GO GET THEM IN FERNDALE SINCE SHE CLAIMED SHE DID NOT HAVE A CAR (I OFFERED TO UBER HER BUT SHE STILL REFUSED!!!) When my brother came back, the look on his face said it all, the Bouquet was mostly dead flowers with the pedals falling off, and to add insult to injury, we choose white cream colored flowers and other beautiful flowers that I though would have really been the most beautiful Bouquet. I received mostly dead red/orangish flowers. The Corsage and all the Boutonnière we're completely different than what we had agreed on, no need to say, they were also dead and visibly old. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I spent my wedding night crying at how something I've worked on with Nadine FOR OVER 6 MONTHS could turn out to be such an embarrassment. I did not even have it in me to throw Bouquet, a pile of mostly dead random flowers during the wedding. IF THIS REVIEW SAVES ANOTHER BRIDE FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH, IT WAS WORTH IT. SHE NEVER EVEN SAID "I"M SORRY", LET ALONE SHE REFUSES TO REFUND ME ANYTHING, BUT WORST OF ALL, ROBBED ME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY IN MY LIFE. THE NADINE YOU WILL FIRST MEET (PRIOR TO TAKING YOUR MONEY) AND THE NADINE YOU WILL SEE THE DAY OF (AFTER GETTING TAKING YOUR MONEY), HAVE TWO TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES. PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE HER OR HER COMPANY AFTER RUINING MY WEDDING, IT'S BEEN LESS THAN A MONTH AND I'M CRYING AS I WRITE THIS BECAUSE WHAT SHE DID TO ME WAS WRONG, SHE SHOULD KNOW BETTER, ESPECIALLY BEING A FEMALE IN THIS INDUSTRY. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DISASTER I WENT THROUGH ON MY WEDDING BECAUSE OF HER!!!! GO ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE, JUST NOT THESE PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY NOT NADINE!! THE FLOWERS IN THE PICTURE, WERE TAKEN THE DAY OF THE WEDDING, THEY LOOK LIKE THEY SAT FOR A MONTH WHEN I RECEIVED THEM"

"Choosing Blüm as our wedding planner and florist was the best decision we ever made. Every detail was perfect and the flowers were absolutely stunning. As a bride who knew what I liked but had no clear image of my wedding day, Naddine helped me navigate the entire process and design a chic backyard wedding that truly represented us as a couple.
