"I’ve always had a great experience with Blumz. The plant I ordered was beautiful and truly loved by the recipient. I will say, this time the delivery person was not that pleasant. They seemed very frustrated and were very direct when I received their call at work. It will not stop me from coming back to Blumz as I just took it the person was having a bad day and we all do. Just a little more politeness would be much appreciated from your Southfield location. I normally work directly through your Ferndale location."
