"I knew the owner of Twinchetta 's Creations for a number of years because our offices were in the same building on Greenfield in Oak Park. Over the years I realized that she was talented florist but myself being an owner of a staffing company that would supply qualified employees for over 32 years. I was asked to supply her with much need help. I must first mentioned that I have NEVER had a client who would not pay for an employee. I did not require a credit check on her and innocently provided an employee without one. I received glowing information on the employee"s work performance. NOW MY MISTAKE!! My employee worked many hours on her site as an Twincetta employee expecting to be paid for the hours worked. Instead Twincetta owner moved out the Oak Park location without a forwarding address and without paying the employee for the hours worked. If I had known that the owner would default on paying the employee that I referred to her I would not have given her the many blue chairs and the tables that she now uses to display her arrangements and designs. I do not say that she is not talented but too bad moral ethics is not included when dealing with our people."

"Flowers were never delivered on the day they were suppose to be. Then the florist decided to cancel the entire order and not even notify me of the cancellation. Response to owner: Yes. I did place thru 1800 flowers for my mother to receive flowers the Friday before mothers day because I was living in a different state. I contacted 1800 flowers at around 130pm that friday to see why the flowers were not delivered and I was told the florist would reach out to me (you guys.) when your company called I was told that you guys will make sure that they are there by 4pm because that's when my mother leaves from work. Yet, at 5pm I called your florist shop back and you stated that you guys were unable to get anyone out on that friday, but that you would have someone drive them out Saturday. Saturday comes along hear nothing from you until the afternoon and you called to tell me that tomorrow (sunday) is when someone will be delivering them to her home. No one showed up on Sunday either. I then reached out to 1800 flowers AGAIN and they tried contacting you then you decided to cancel the order. Your company did not cancel the order due to fraudulent activity because the payment went through 4 weeks prior to this scheduled delivery. The order was canceled because you guys dropped the ball on your end. Thank you for you childish response. By your 1.7 rating it is obvious what type of company you are. Best of luck."

"Absolutely the worst!! My daughter paid $110.00 for a flowering plant to be delivered for my retirement party. They sent a $7.98 (left the price tag on it) braided green thing. When I called for an explanation, I was told they have the right to substitute. REALLY??? How can anyone imagine that is a comparable substitution!"
