"I ordered $130 standing flower spray online on Saturday 11/20/21 for my aunts visitation services on Tuesday 11/23/21 and home going services on 11/24/21, thinking I had enough time to order her standing spray flowers for her services. I received a phone call from the owner on Monday 11/22/21, stating they did not have any stands in stock and would not be getting any stands in by the time of my aunt services. The owner offered to make me a $130 flower arrangement in a vase, but did not offer a discount for my inconvenience or consideration of the fact that that I now have to go get a standing spray in the nth hour from another florist. I wasn’t going to pay $130 for a flower in a vase when a standing spray looks so much better. Also, they promised the money back on my credit card within 1-2 days, it took 5 days. I also asked business days, he said no within a day. I hope their flowers can stand up for other families and support families better than their business during a family’s most difficult time of grief. Totally Unacceptable. LMB"
