"I placed an orders for same day delivery for my mother’s anniversary. Our father is deceased and this is a tough day for her, so we try to do something special like this. The company calls me and tells me all their drivers are gone and they can’t deliver my order. They offered to deliver it two days later or cancel the order. No offer for a discount or even an apology. I told them I’d come pick them up. I get there and the employees who work there don’t even have the order. The employees were kind and worked quickly, but again no acknowledgment or offer for a future discount or anything additional to the order to make up for any inconvenience. Awful corporate structure."

"Will visiting Michigan I stopped to by my elderly Aunt in a nursing home and floral basket and teddy bear.. Her favorite color is yellow and it lacked yellow. They kindly added yellow roses and.bow. wonderful service"

"My Uncle passed away and my mother forgot to get the flower for the casket ,I called around no one would help her, thrifty on Ford road in 35363 Ford rd .Westland, Mich .They helped her they answered every question , I had she came in there right before they closed everyone there was so nice .Prices was so reasonable. I love the place it's so cute, flowers everywhere. They made the beautifulest white flower for us in one day, they made from my mom and delivered it to the funeral home, everything turned out fantastic ,I would recommend this place for anyone .Thank you God bless."

"Only giving one star because the young woman at the Westland location was pleasant while placing our order .(she deserves 5 stars herself, the mess up was not her fault ) (I was told the arrangement is not made at this location it is made in their main warehouse ) If I could give less I would . Dealing with a flower arrangement that is the focal point of the room is the last thing I want to do on my grandmas funeral ! While placing the order for the flower arrangement to go near the urn I specifically stated I did NOT want it to fully encircle the urn, that the urn had an image on it I did NOT want covered. The arrangement ordered was pictured on Thrifty website . I never received a call from anyone saying they weren’t going to send what was ordered . I was absolutely FURIOUS when I arrived to the funeral home to discover they sent a full circle arrangement , as I specifically requested NOT to have. Upon calling I was told “the designer said just spread it apart “ . We were told we had to keep it the one that was sent to us , they wouldn’t have time to make a new one . Thankfully I was refunded the money sent , but still angry I didn’t receive the arrangement ordered"
