"Flowers were not delivered when they were suppose to be someone was home at 1pm when they were out for delivery… called that evening told to call in the morning. called at 9:30 am this morning told will get a call back soon and I asked to pick them up so I knew I’d get them… 2:30 rolls around still no call so I called back again when I was told they should be arriving shortly and I MIGHT be able to get the delivery fee refunded. Went into the store shortly after staff gave me rude looks as I walked in the door told them who I was. utter silence as they went to get my flowers (and they look like this) did not once say sorry or any words for that matter other than here was the number to corporate to dispute the delivery fee I called and talked to a very nice lady who returned my delivery fee and apologized for the whole ordeal. I will be buying flowers from Kroger…"

"I bought a Bouquet of flowers for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. I bought them on 2/12/22 as we celebrated early. Not only were they the only florist open past 3 which was when I got off of work, it is now 2/28/22 and the flowers are just now starting to droop and lose color. They gave me plant food when I bought them that has had them last this long. 10/10 would buy flowers from here again. Absolutely love it!"

"Very disappointed! Ordered the pick flower arrangement (only asked that they use purple flowers) for our mother's memorial and they made us the one in the other picture, horrible and very upsetting the day of the funeral. We had to find another arrangement the day of. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
