"I used this flower shop for the 1st time. I'm a former flower shop owner & I wanted to say what a Great job they did. More than just flowers is how they recieved 5 stars. Starts right away with how they answered the phone, So kind, so caring & patient. Ordering was easy considering it was for my uncles funeral & I was sad & out of it. The evening I placed my order i called back late because I forgot something. I left a message. They called me back right away the next morning. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I also wanted to say the way the card was written , I didn't ask for calligraphy but they did it & it looked better than any card I've ever seen. It was the legible calligraphy. Delivered on time & fresh. Thank you for turning a sad day better for us!"

"HORRIBLE customer service as I called due to not getting anything like what I ordered and Maddie said things were replaced based on pricing. Well a nice bouquet like this should be priced accordingly then. Maddie also told me that the photos were inaccurate on their website. Isn’t this bait and switch? The original photo of the bouquet I ordered was beautiful and full, what we received was nothing like the photo, not even close. Ours had a lot more foliage than original photo. Please see for yourself the website photo and the received photo. I didn’t think I was ordering from wish!!"
