"I requested they put together a fresh cut bouquet with roses and lilies for my mother who is currently in the hospital. The bouquet they put together was stunning and everyone that comes into my mothers hospital room exclaims at how lovely it is. "I live in Florida & just had flowers delivered to my grandmother in Ann Arbor for her birthday today. I put the order through before they opened, was given a confirmation email & then received an email stating they had been delivered at about noon today. It was quick & easy & I'll be calling her this evening to see how they looked. Perfect for those who live out of town & need to send flowers to a loved one. UPDATE: She did recieve them, was so surprised, and absolutely loved them. She doesn't have a cell phone so was not able to send me a picture, but said that they were beautiful. "Today I went to Norton’s for the first time to buy some flowers for my friend who got married this afternoon. I had the pleasure of meeting Carol who took excellent care of me. She’s so pleasant and you can tell she really enjoys her job. Her customer care skills are exceptional to say the least. I live in Ypsilanti but I was passing through Ann Arbor.
