"Ordered same day delivery online. Called the store multiple times and finally left a voicemail requesting an update on the order. The staff didn't answer the phone all afternoon and nor did they return my call. Staff waited until the store closed to notify me via email that my gift would not be delivered today. No offer to refund the same day delivery charge. A heads up that we can't delivery today would have been nice so I could have ordered elsewhere."

The manager was phenomenally patient and kind, helped us figure out a plan over the phone and made a great impression on the recipient too!
