"I had a bad experience with an employee here but Taylor actually reached out to me. Ended up smoothing it over and made things right. What's crazy though is still getting th e same employee being all moody over simply walking ten feet over to grab some flower off the wall. On one hand I love the flower here. Then I also was blown away by the other good manager who reached out. So I'm just gonna deal with lazy poodle hair being moody. I'll be back and thanks Taylor."

"Update: I played phone tag for a bit but finally got to go in and pick up the 1/8th. They also hooked me up with a bunch of gummies to compensate for the issue! Happy to say I will be back to try again! Last week Wednesday 10/25/23 I placed an online order for pick up. I took the stapled bag home to find I was shorted an 1/8. Unfortunately, I did not have time to drive back into Ionia that evening but I did leave a voicemail around 730/8pm. I called again the following day at 330 and was told the manager was not in. They took my name and phone number. It is now 11/3 and I have not heard a return phone call."
