"I bought an ounce on Black Friday and I went to open about 1 week later still completely sealed and the marijuana inside was rock hard. I tried to bring it out soften it up, grind it, nothing worked. I sent a video, showed them where we had Just Opened it and how hard it was and the response was they gave me a $10 credit and told me basically. Good luck with it. I don't appreciate that I paid good money whether or not it was on a deal or not. I still paid good money for that and should have had quality product. I feel they should have honored their product and gave me what I at least paid for it that day. So for that you're getting a bad review"
