My fiancé called and asked if they did jewelry alterations, which they said they did. We came in and were told altering them was impossible, the sales associate assumed we wouldn’t be able to afford any changes to the pieces and asked me if my grandpa didn’t leave me something easier for her to work with or if I wanted to trade the pieces in, both comments that were incredibly insulting and hurtful. I would never go back there."
