I bought some bracelets here, and after just three months of wearing them occasionally, the gold rubbed off and revealed copper below and looks terribly cheap and tacky…… Absolutely not worth the cost. "The Kendra Scott located in the 12 Oaks Mall in Novi was AMAZING!!!!! My 12 year old daughter and her friend basically dragged me in there after a long day of school shopping. The three sales associates that were there were by far the kindest, sweetest, genuine women I've met in a long time. My daughter was so excited to be in the store. Most employees would have rolled their eyes and ignored the easily excitable 12 year old girls. Not these women. The embraced their giddiness and treated them like royalty. Showed them that they could purchase a necklace that was on the shelf.....orrrrr, personalize one. They took the time to show them the different chains, the different stones ect. It was heartwarming. Annnnnd since it was my daughter's birthday, not only did we get an AMAZING discount, but they gave BOTH girls a little goody bag with matching bracelets. By the end of our visit, the girls and sales women were exchanging hugs. I'm not a huge jewlery person, but, you have made a customer for life. Thank you for being GENUINELY kind and patient with us. Truly an amazing experience. Again, thank you!!!! P.s. I don't think she's taken the necklace off since leaving the store!!!"
