"We visited 5 jewelers in the area to remake our wedding rings/band. They all said they offered custom work, but Alyssa and the Jacob Matthew’s team jumped right in and started designing on paper. In the end, the price was comparable to other locations but the process and end results were without comparison! It’s clear they enjoy what they do here and Alyssa was instrumental in the process. We’re both have very unique and beautifully designed rings. The fact that they have a small kids area set up shows they understand customer need and the staff did a great job helping the whole family throughout the process. On a side note for men: this place has the most options available for both unique and classic men’s bands, nearly 3-4 x what any other place had to offer."

"My fiancée and I went in and we loved the location, staff, and selection! We opted for a custom ring and they did it PERFECTLY. I was given a 3D model of the ring before we moved forward and could make any changes I wanted. The cost of the model was baked into the total cost of the ring which was very reasonable given that it was custom and a rare-ish stone. They were very communicative and understanding of my finical situation and worked with me at every step of the process. If you are looking for an affordable and beautiful ring, look no further!"

"Tammy is an angry, pushy, and rude person. Went in yesterday with my wife and did not have the best of experience. I purchased my wife's wedding ring from here and wanted to do a trade in. Melissa and the owner Tammy were extremely pushy. They pressured me into applying for Wells Fargo credit card which I had an gut instinct not too because I was afraid of points being deducted. She asked me 2 times I denied, 3rd time as soon as my wife went into the bathroom they leered me over to apply and did not have the decency to talk to me with my wife being present. After we left both my wife and I were upset so we called to let Tammy know we did not appreciate the type of business herself and Melissa provided especially since we had been former customers. Tammy called back being extremely rude, defensive and very snappy with myself and my wife. We will not be coming back. Melissa secretly trying to walk away with my wife's wedding ring without her permission luckily my wife caught eye of it and stopped her. Weird people."

"I was devestated when my wedding ring was stolen, and the process of recreating its replica was emotional and daunting. Thankfully, Alyssa and Tammy at Jacob Matthew Jewelers were with me every step of the way. I didn't have any good pictures or CAD renderings of the ring, so most everything was done based on what I could remember and share. We went back and forth with the designers over and over, and no matter how minor the tweek, never once did Tammy or Alyssa seem anything but happy to help get it exactly the way I wanted.
