"I used Blumark for my small business taxes because I wasn't completely confident that I could handle them on my own. That was a mistake. They did not take time to talk to me to understand my business, which resulted in them missing several tax deductions. Also, they made a costly data entry mistake on my 2022 taxes which resulted in us owing a lot to the IRS in April (thankfully I caught it a few months ago, and had them do an amendment). But what is really frustrating is that they take SO LONG to do simple changes. I'm talking weeks to change a few lines in their tax software. And they often do not reply to emails. If I wouldn't have had to to completely build my 2022 taxes from scratch in order to file the amendment, I would have done it myself to save myself the stress of talking into the void."

"Our accountant & her admin assistant just joined the firm. She is a clear, experienced accountant versed in investment portfolios and self employment. We have complex taxes bc of 2 LLCs and other things. They went the extra mile for us this year when we weren't able to get a document to them on time but got everything done by then end of the extension. I can't speak for the others accountants but they hired a qualified team in our gals."
