"Absolutely awful...switched to her because old accountant wasn't responsive. Lisa promised a lot, but missed the tax (both personal and business) deadline, and we had to file extension. She then went crickets for months, and I had to track her down. She swore she would take care of our taxes, but then went crickets again during the last precious days before final filing date, and I never heard from her again. No explanation: she just disappeared and didn't answer our many frantic phone calls. Had to scramble to find a replacement and pay an outrageous fortune for someone to take us on as a new client 3 days before deadline. Never heard from her. Do not trust this incompetent person."
