"We decided to check out Mark's shop after reading the good reviews. However, it turned out to be more than unpleasant. We had 3 inquiries. Even though we got the info we needed at last, Mark answered us in the most unfriendly way possible, to the point that I almost began to worry whether he had a personal problem with us. He started answering all of our questions with no I don't do that. And then followed up with oh wait I actually do do that, but it costs this much and your stone is not worth it (it was an over $5000 stone and we were inquiring about a $2000) service. When we asked about a piece of jewelry that we were interested in, he simply answered: Did you read the description? We did notice though, that he was nice to the two ladies that came in after us, and we were very sad and disappointed that we got treated differently for no reason. Even though I liked his selection of jewelry, and the price that he finally quoted us after talking down to us seemed reasonable, we regret to say we will never consider doing business with him."
