Not only was I impressed with their outstanding customer service, they were also able to size me immediately. The ring needed to be sized down from a 6.5 to a 4.5. They estimated the ring would be done within 2 days to 2 weeks. I received my ring back in just 3 days!! Today - my fiancé and I stopped in to pick up my ring, we were again greeted with smiling faces and the staff was eager to assist us! We were able to get my fiancé sized while we waited on my ring. Once I got the ring back, it fit PERFECTLY! Van Horne Jewelers did a phenomenal job sizing my ring and ensuring the diamonds were secured.
