"Carmalita and Tia were very helpful and informative at the customer service! Helped me with all my orders and even got me a next day delivery at 7pm the day before! Excellent customer service and patience with all my house needs, keep up the good work"
"Jerry Seay in kitchen design is the absolute best! We would never have gotten through our kitchen project with out him! I’ve heard other people’s horror stories of kitchen projects, but we had non of that. Chris has also been a great help. He was so helpful with picking color schemes. Thanks to everyone at Home Depot!"
"Home Depot has the absolute WORST carpet installer partnership. Do not ever order and get your carpet installed through Home Depot. The company United is very inconsiderate and untimely. They do not care what about their customers. It has been over two months since we ordered the carpet and it has just been sitting in the warehouse. Granted, they messed up our order the first time and still did not make us a priority to install. The manager of the carpet department at Home Depot is also helpless. The first time we went in to talk, he agreed with our situation that it was not right and dumb that our little 12x10 bedroom was going to have seven seams. When he said to come in a few days later if we hadn't heard from him, he was doubting our words and siding with the installers, saying it was our fault we sent the carpet back when I fact the installer called his boss and was told to not even take it off the truck. Do not make the mistake of choosing Home Depot."
"Got new windows installed. They came 6 hours before thier appointment and when i told them they had the wrong time they said someone changed on thier sheet (come to find out it was changed and i wasnt told) and they are here now. This made me have to change every appointment i had for the morning. I then instructed the guys to save to old windows. They tried really hard but had to cut them up. I told them not to spend too much time on it because i just need the indavidual window pieces with the glass because i am going to use them for a project. I reiterated my instructions when they informed my brother they couldnt save them. I again said i didnt care and just needed the parts with nonbroken glass. So they took all of the windows instead. When i called the project manager. He did nothing but make excuses, tells me he talked to the guys and that he knows what i said even though he wasnt there. Then he began to critique how I complain. He just called me back and gave 3 excuses of why they didnt leave the windows but then said if it was written on the contract that he would owe me an apology. Yet the 3 excuse he gave he said it was against home depot policy to leave them. Still not one apology, more bs excuses. Ill offer my customer service training to yoir team because after those last two conversations I am shocked the Home Depot would ever have someone who would treat a client like i have been treated."
"DONT GO WITH HOME DEPOT FOR WINDOWS.!!!!!!!!After getting several quotes from various companies, we decided to go with home depot windows and installation. The main reason we decided on Home Depot is because they have Anderson windows. The previous owners of our current home added an extension to the house and used Anderson windows. We were so happy with the look and quality of those windows, we decided on Home Depots Anderson. When the Home Depot rep came out to our home to give us a quote, we explained we are going with Home Depot because we want all of the new windows to match the old Anderson windows. The represenative said they would be the same. He clearly stated that the current Anderson windows and the newly installed windows would be the same. The windows that were installed are vinyal looking. They are very clearly much different the the older Anderson windows. Our new windows have a flat vinyal looking interior. The old windows have detailed wood dividers. If we wanted vinyal, we would have gone with another company that quoted us half the price of home depot. Moreover, the men who installed our windows were incredibly unprofessional. One entered my home smelling like alcohol. They went upstairs with their shoes on. I asked them to remove their shoes. The one who smelled of alcohol seemed as though he did not understand what I was saying. He did not remove his shoes. I did not ask again becuase I felt afraid. These men came with tarps to cover up furniture and what not and did not use them appropriately. They layed them on the ground ...did not cover my dining room table and chairs (velvet material) when they are only about 3 feet away from the window they were installing. Instead, they laid a tarp on the floor in front of the table. My chairs were completely covered in debree. Once I noticed the mess on the chairs, I moved them away from the window myself. The gentlemen explained their vacuum was not working and did not clean the chairs or table or any other item my kitchen loaded with debree. Also, my wedding dress in terrible conditon."
