"Took wife’s ring to fix prong and lower diamond, three and a half months ago ready in three weeks not even touched said next week nope four times next week nope said Friday will be ready nope working on it be ready Saturday said we’ll come get it Monday ok will be ready duh there closed Monday. Wife called today asked if it was done nope went over got ring never was touched taking it to some other jeweler.Don’t patronize this establishment!!!!!"

"Took 2 necklaces and a set of earings in for repair. He said they won't be done till next week and he would call when they were fixed. No problem. A month later i have heard nothing from him. Tried calling. No answer. Goes straight to voicemail, which is full. Finally get a hold of him, says he's sorry, gave me a lame excuse and that they would be done next week. Same thing happens. No call for over a month from him and he doesn't answer when I call. Finally get a hold of him and he says the necklaces are done but not the earings. I ask why he didn't call and he gives another lame excuse. Another month goes by and again, the same thing. No call, doesn't answer. Once again after 50 tries on multiple days he answers and says the earings are ready. Again i ask why he didn't call and once again another lame excuse. This excuse was that he wrote down my number wrong. Well David, if that's true why didn't you tell me that the last 2 times we spoke when I asked you why you didn't call? Needless to say, i won't be going back. Incompetence at its finest."
