"Typical thrift store for a small town like La Porte and when we first arrived one of the ladies were extremely nice. On the contrary, being a family of color we did not feel welcomed by the other employee and the customers. The fact that the guy working there kept referring to my daughter, who was dressed in pink and hair beads, as a little boy was insulting and frustrating. We were completely offended and we will not be returning."
