"Great place! Check it out. I’m editing my review cause when I made it I didn’t know all the free joints for the review and sign up and first time customer have more conditions. I qualified for 3 free pre rolls but they don’t tell you on website they can only give you one at a time. If it’s your main store no problem but me me it’s 2 more trips far away to get something I already earned. Every other weed store gives you all the stuff you earned right away. Multiple hours of driving for 2 joints I already earned and was in building to receive doesn’t seem worth it. UPDATE: I made it back to traverse to pick up one of my 2 free pre rolls I earned and they told me I can’t have it without buying more stuff. This place is shady and has worst deal and lies about what’s free. Unless you appreciate having to purchase something every time to get your “free” joint. So signing up,first time buyer and review earned you the right to drive to traverse 3 additional times and make our chances 3 different times to finially get your free stuff"

"I’ve been coming here back when it was medical only. I’ve always loved the selection and the friendliness of the staff and atmosphere. But when they switched to rec no one ever asked to see my med card again. When I asked about it back then I was told that since they switched med cards were pointless and the discount we get was pointless because prices dropped to make up for the 10%. So I never got it as a card holder. Never paid it any mind. Also, I was never told by anyone about the point system. One day I came in and Weston told me about the points and actually back dated everything for me. It was unreal. Then today he fixed all my med card info, put it back in the system and gave me my first med discount since it switched to rec!!! He has always gone above and beyond to be friendly and kind and makes it so easy. I hope management there recognizes the kind of employee he is. Hands down best customer service Ive ever had. Give em a raise."
