"Cannot recommend this business. The reviews show that many have had positive experiences here. Which is a large reason why I chose this business. I, unfortunately, had an awful experience that came at the expense of a $280 dress shirt that I had purchased for my fiancé's bridal shower. I brought the new shirt in on Friday to have dry cleaned and freshened up for our event on Sunday. I picked the shirt up Friday evening and kept it in the provided bag, until Sunday, to protect and keep clean. Sunday arrives. When I go to put the dress shirt on it is covered in the stains shown in the image attached. Additonal stains were on the back as well. Sadly, I was not able to wear that shirt to the event that I purchased it for. I brought the stained shirt in on Monday and they graciously took it to clean again (free of charge) and correct the error. When I came back Monday evening, to pick up, the original stains were gone. However, there was a new yellow stain showing on the front of the shirt. I pointed this out and they took it back to attempt to remove the stain. Unfortunately, it is still subtly showing. This company is in the business of cleaning clothing. They failed to meet that objective. I am extremely disappointed from this experience. I do not recommend Esquire Cleaners and encourage you take your clothing elsewhere."
