"I was looking for a new dry cleaner, so I dropped off (2) two dress shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed ... I was told it would take a week. A little excessive but OK (the online reviews seem great). BUT the trick now is getting to the location when they're actually open - they don't open M-F until 8:30AM (I start work M-F at 8:00AM) or before they close M-F at 5PM (I work M-F until 5PM). Yes, admittedly they have Saturday hours, and I'll go pick up my items this Saturday b/n 9AM-3PM. AND sorry, regardless of how great the reviews are, I'll have no choice to look for another dry cleaner - one that conducts business and is open until 6PM at least one night a week."
