"So I had a dry cleaning service done by this company as homewood suites in troy offers drop off service and requested 5 shirts to be dry cleaned not everything to be dry cleaned. I requested everything else to be wash and fold service. I came down to the front desk to notice all of my clothes dry cleaned and was taken to the cleaners with a $398 bill. So I will be disputing this charge with my credit as fraud and quality of service. Also hope to be refunded. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF."

"Greetings....thus far (8-2-2017) residing at an local 4 star hotel... King cleaners has YET to address washing when I've paid for and initially requesting dry cleaning of my clothes. 2 or many pieces of clothing being pre-shirk 501 jeans... which I Do NOT wash..... King cleaners - according to hotel has washed and is taking two(2) days to view/inspect/acknowledge damages. Stay tuned !!"

"Do not, I repeat do not use this cleaners!!!! This place damaged pieces of clothing that were very expensive. I submitted some clothes to this place because it is very time consuming to get to the clearners I've been going to for years. I gave them some expensive items which included work clothes and a few casual items. I specifically told them to dry clean and press my clothes. I also filled out a slip and attached it to my clothes. Imagine how I felt when I received my clothes back and nothing was done the way I requested. Hundres of dollars worth of clothes ruined. I will drive 35 minutes to the cleaners I prefer than have them touch my clothes again. In an economy where people are trying to save, I am submitting clothes to them to be later thrown. Waste of money..."
