Once, I forgot about an important event and they were able to rush the clean and press services so I could make my event. They also do great work with alterations. They even fixed the seem of a leather jacket in less than a week. Highly recommend."

"I had five shirts laundered here with specific instructions for all five to be cleaned and pressed. When I picked them up however, it was clear that they had been cleaned but definitely NOT ironed or pressed...like at all. Having to iron them myself, I could've saved myself the $30 and washed them at home, too. Perhaps the most frustrating part was the fact that I had also dropped off five pairs of pants with the same instructions and they were all done nicely, and for much cheaper. It's as if the staff either forgot or didn't care enough to do what I asked and ultimately paid for and, as a customer, I felt like my business was not wanted or appreciated so I will be taking it elsewhere."
