"I’m adding my review because I called Mr.Madison based on the review of others. I hired Mr. Madison to clean my couch. After a short visit he announced that he couldn’t get my couch clean but still charged me the entire service fee. I usually rent my own machine, put in some time and elbow grease and my couch comes out looking brand new! I was short on time for a party and thought I could hire it done. My couch was not any cleaner after he left, some areas were still dry. This was a total waste of money and I would not recommend this company."
