"If I could give this place 0 stars I would just for how rude Krystal was. I dropped off a simple coat no stains nothing on Monday to get dry cleaned my husband went Thursday (as she told me) to pick it up only to tell him it isn't ready and to come back Friday so I called her and asked why I did not get a call, no one has time to be driving back and forth her response was "ok." So if you want friendly, professional, affordable service, go elsewhere please!"

"I feel like I live in an alternate universe.. given the the ratings I have read. I have taken alterations to Krystal twice. The first time the alterations were not ready on the they promised. Fine I was not in that big of a hurry and came back 2 Days Later. This last time two wewee ago when I took my alterations in I explicitly told Krystal I needed them by Friday May 11th. I always pre pay by the way... She handed me the slip and told me they would be ready by Thursday the 10th.. well I waited till Friday the 11th.. once again not ready... She said come back Saturday the 12th by 11 and they would be ready.. once again not ready.. this is b******* I don't have my dresses from my vacation. Would you be upset???"
