"My wife and I suffered a small flood in our basement when our sump pump failed. PuroClean was prompt in coming to our aid and the people were great! Unfortunately, a variety of items 'disappeared' that had not been damaged in the flood, not only from our home, but also from their truck and/or storage. My suggestion is to remove undamaged items you care about to a separate location as their response will be to deny any issues. Be careful about their billing as they pad the invoices heavily with items they never used."
