I was a former customer for dry cleaning many years ago when I lived in the area previously - when I came back to Waterford I was hoping they were still in business - and they were! This is a business that still gets it, how important customer service is. This time for the first time ever, I used their "Wash & Fold" service for all my clothes. OK, maybe a little pricer than some other places - but service is beyond! If you have quite a load and in area, they will pick up and deliver free. Will accompany customers on what works best. I had a last minute situation, and had to change my drop off - no problem. When I was available, they went out of their way to make sure I got my clothes delivered that day. Even staying late after taking care of their scheduled deliveries for the day and getting me my clothes - like 8pm! They did not need to have me wait until the next day. You know why? Because they care. They are fully aware it is 100% a service company. And their thank you for your business you can tell is very genuine. Oh - the clothes, returned to me - nothing missing (and I sent a lot), very clean, smell good, towels soft - and oh so nice, everything folded. Hey, that was thrilling to me. I hate folding."
