"He failed to show up for an appointment at least six times did not call in advance in fact I had to call him each time only for him to reschedule and not show up again when he finally did show up he dropped off the furnace said he had to come back again he forced the people who installed my propane tank to come back three times to do a job that should have taken an hour Additionally I specifically asked for a low powee or energy efficient furnace when he got back to me and told me how much it would cost I asked him what the power usage was and he did not know which tells me that only did he not listen but he did not even try to look for a energy efficient model He also put a massive gash in my wall while trying to install the furnace and then kept walking his dirty shoes all over my carpet even as he watched me lay down more cardboard for him to walk on after we finally did the job there ended up being a leak in one of the pipes that he then had to redo simply put he takes on too much work which drives the quality of his work way down if I had to guess he would probably be a decent contractor if you manage this time better or refused work when he was too overloaded"
