"the Machines are clean. there is one employee who is a complete pie hole. the rest of the staff is great. I know everyone reading this, who also washes their laundry at this location, knows EXACTLY who I am talking about. But you can't beat 85 lbs of laundry washed and dried for under 20 in a near spotless machine."

"Does not allow you to wash regular blankets in any machine that costs less than $7.50 per load and they lock the door at the far end so 'nobody can sneak in', making customers using that end have to carry laundry 5 times farther than necessary. Won't ever be back. Going back to other laundry mat it's better, cleaner, nicer staff that won't try to rob you and your clothes actually smell clean after washing."

"So my dryer broke halfway through a load of my kids' clothes just now. Showed up at 7:01 pm and was turned away because last load was 6:30. They close at 8pm and I literally needed 20min more on a dryer. I can understand not letting me do a full wash, but when you dont close until 8 and people are still waiting their waiting on their washers to finish, why would letting me use a dryer for 20min until 7:21 be a problem? I explained the situation being only a dryer and still a don't care hands in the air response. We'll have a new washer and dryer in a few days, no problem, but I feel bad for people who have to deal with this could care a less about others' attitudes. Sorry to those who need to come here every day. If you dont close until 8, don't falsely advertise."

Convenient location, but my latest trip was not as good because t he older woman attendant treated me like a 3yo caught playing with a wall socket when I asked a simple question. She said I was wrong in my observation that a machine was not working as expected even when she saw it for herself. I believe I may spread the word of your rude employees"
