"I was in the process of removing my old dishwasher in preparation for Ballards's to install a new one. In the process of disconnecting the existing hard-piped water line feeding the old dishwasher, my OLD, ANTIQUATED valve assembly failed and began flooding my kitchen. I was able to get to the main water shut off valve in my basement, but not before I had accumulated an significant amount of water in the kitchen and dining room. I immediately called Ballard's and requested help and boy did they respond in a timely fashion. Their technician, Chris, was a pleasure to work with and the quality of his work was second to none. I now have a new valve assembly ready for the new dishwasher. Ballard's was a godsent and will forever be my go to plumbing contractor.
