"Okay, so I went in for a oil change at penzoil 4 months ago, they said I wasn’t past the due date or my mileage, It was about 6k miles since my last oil change, and it was about 1 week over the due date. They reset my counter, never even opened the car hood, and they never said when to come back. So now I have to get a engine replacement because the engine blew"
