"I came in to pick up a bracelet that i had repaired. I walked to the counter and was verbally assaulted by Vince because I didn't park my vehicle inside the "lines" in the empty parking lot. He would not release my property until I parked my car inside the "lines". When I brought the bracelet in initially he said he was surprised to see me after loosing a diamond out of my ring while he cleaned it.. If he hates customers, I'm not sure why he's in business. Plenty of Jewelers in TC that are mentally stable."
