"I want to commend Steve your service representative for the outstanding service he provided me today. much to my surprise Steve informed me that what I thought was the riser to me septic tank was not. He said that he was not going to pump the very little fluid in my lift pump tank since it wasnt needed. he informed me that he would proceed to locate the cover for my septic tank and quickly located it and pump the correct tank. I have to add that the person who previously pumped my tank several years ago did pump the wrong tank and never noticed anything wrong. Steve delivered extraordinary service to me today and having been involved in the business world the past 36 years I know when i experience it. om behalf of Steve i wouldnt hesitate to recommend Countryside to friends and neighbors."
