"I was not going to speak my mind on here but I was in doing laundry when the lady who posted on here about the suit was in. First off let me correct that the Women who work there are very friendly, and curtious to customers. This lady came in half a hour early and was mad because her stuff wasn't ready when she expected it to be. Right away she had a attitude with the woman helping her, treating them as if they are less than she is. Her stuff wasn't put up yet and I heard them tell her nicely that it isn't done. Then trying to explain that it isn't lost it is in one of the stages of being cleaned....yes they didn't know exactly what stage. Do you really expect them to know when they put stuff in different stages who it belongs to when they aren't even done with it? Well then I goes on a rant about how it's a 3000 dollar suit and that they are idiots for loosing a 3000 dollar suit. Kim goes on to try to reassure her that it wasn't lost and that she has to see what stage of cleaning it is in. The other 2 Women going about there business trying to help and do there job. This lady starts in on them about mistreating her and one of the lady's looked at her and said how am I being rude and giving you a attitude I haven't even spoke to you. The lady keeps going about how they are doing this and that and flat out treating them like garbage telling them they are going to pay and all over it not being done when she wanted it. She came in in a huff because she thinks she is top tier, well instead of blaming the people who are doing a service for you maybe blame yourself for how you treated them. I have never had a issue with the employees or manager here. They tend to go above an beyond for customers. I was completely appauld by the behavior this lady displayed and she should be ashamed of herself. If I were her I would be embarrassed she definitely owes an sincere apology. I give those women major credit and praise because I don't know how they do it everyday busting there butts for ungrateful rude and arrogant people. Hope your 3000 dollar suit was worth treating people like trash, because you were in a hurry and didn't wanna wait 5 mins. Signed the old lady who loves doing laundry every week at tubbergen."

"I sent someone in to drop of a suit to be dry cleaned. She was told it would be ready by 4 on Friday. She did show up earlier than scheduled (3:45), only to find they couldn't find the suit. The staff was rude and short with her treated her as if she had done something wrong. It's easy to see by the other reviews as of late. Pay attention to the last year. This establishment is not for the professional person. I would avoid this place at all cost. I promise you won't be missing much if you do."

"Brought a suit into be dry cleaned and went to pick it up and the teenager at the register started off being rude, then 3 people, including owner is looking for the suit. I asked if there was a problem and they said they can’t find it. After locating it she brought the pants out and they had fuzz particles on them. I asked why do they look dirty? The owner told me it was in a dryer with something that had fuzz on it and it’s called a lot roller to take it off. She was not polite at all. Then told me it would be 20 minutes. Both young girls in there were rude along with the owner. Tried to support local businesses but this is one place I will not be back too. Never have I seen a dry cleaners handle customers suits and articles of clothing in such a poor manor either. Took video of the suit before I left then the young girl asked if she could get photos. I politely told her no it looks fine but they should really handle customers property in a better way."
