"Been going here for 12 years or more. There has been a gradual and clear slide in quality. Started with a custom designed ring that was exceptional and won't go here again after a $500 ring resizing and head tightening that was underwhelming. From asymmetry in the band, to the sand blasting being buffed off, asymmetry in tightening the prongs on the main stone it's obvious I paid for sub-standard work. Another jeweler I've used would have done this for $200 and I am confidant they would have done better work."
