"Extremely poor customer service. Was told to come in around 11 for walkin flu and rsv shots as there would be 2 pharmacists on duty. We did, no one in waiting room, but they were swamped because a delivery had come in. Not my problem, I was there for shots at time they suggested. We drove 40 min to get these shots,! You NEVER tell a customer or client you are too swamped or busy to do your job!!! Unacceptable and we will never ever go back there or recommend them to anyone."

"Over 1 hour 59 minute hold time. Needed to see if my RX was filled and what the brand name was they filled. They said your RX will be whatever we have available. I said no that didn't answer my question. Then put me on hold again for 20 minutes. I stayed on the line because I waited long enough. And then they want to rush you off the phone. That's wrong of them. Very rude. Long wait times on the phone. In the store. And slow at window pick up. Don't they read their reviews? They are can't even see what I'm typing. Walgreens can fold up anytime. I hate going there. Very slow. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else."

"I find it extremely hard to believe that everyone in the pharmacy has to take lunch at the same time, and close for half an hour. This is a poor scheduling issue, and a major corporation like Walgreens needs to figure out how to give the community better service. I will now send my prescriptions to CVS, because you lost my business."

"Terrible customer service from Tiffany, pharm technician at this location. This was our first time filling a prescription and didn't realize we walked in 15mins til closing. When a issue came up regarding one of the prescriptions, she refused to look into the issue any further because "we are closing in 3 mins". She was yelling and rude and behaved in a aggressive manner in front of small children waiting in line. The head pharmacist did not come to the counter to settle the matter and the 2 other techs asked her to stop but she continued After speaking to the other staff, it was revealed this is not the 1st time. Walgreens this location has low ratings, read the reviews. Walgreens please teach your employees customer service so others won't have to endure the staff wrath at the end of the shift. We may have walked away without a prescription, but Tiffany walks away with a terrible review ."

"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. To start off, I had a prescription sent to their pharmacy in the early afternoon well before any lunch breaks or closing and my meds stayed ‘in process’ for about a day and a half, thinking they must have been busy I didn’t worry but finally I called the pharmacy and asked about it only to find that they didn’t even know if it was ‘in stock’ after they checked for stock they filled it within 30 minutes. So I waited almost 2 days for them to fill it within an hour. Pretty ridiculous the lack of communication and urgency they seem to lack! They have also shorted medication once and told me next month it would be filled the number of days early based on the amount they didn’t give me due to stock..next month rolls around and they refused to honor what they said and wouldn’t fill it early even though they were the ones who shorted the medication. The pharmacist was extremely rude on the phone and would not even look into the situation to resolve it just told me they don’t do that and basically hung up. This isn’t the first time I have had issues and sure it won’t be the last. For those who have the option to switch I would recommend doing so! Their customers are the least of their concerns and they should be embarrassed!"
