He worked on our previous furnace and I knew when it was time to replace it, that I would hire Nolan to install our new one. "Hands down, one of the best contracting experiences I’ve ever had. Initially, Nolan called me back within a half hour of leaving a voicemail. He was very responsive to my texts afterwards, & graciously offered to trouble shoot over the phone with my husband instead. This, in my opinion, speaks volumes of his upstanding character. We, however, opted to have him come look at our boiler first hand. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and gave an honest opinion by presenting options, rather than try to convince a completely clueless woman we need a whole new system. He even took the time to explain how the parts/everything works in a manner that made complete sense.
