"Furnace out. Pipes froze. Called Friday night and received your emergency number. No one answered. No one called back. Maybe look elsewhere. Not there when you need them. Simple call back would have been nice."

Relaxed and friendly-totally lowered my stress level. Our service bills have always been reasonable. No pressure to up-sell us to a new furnace (even though it's probably a good idea at this point for us)"
