"Beautiful Victorian Houses with a proud history. Lovely any time of year. The photos that I have shared are from autumn but during summer the City of Williamsport hangs lovely begonias from the old fashioned street lights that resemble old gas lamps. In the spring many of the houses are landscaped with flowering trees and bushes."
