The Victorian House

The Victorian House, located at 1031 West 3rd Street in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is a stunning example of College traditions and a commitment to excellence in hands-on education. Students and faculty from various construction and technology programs came together to create this Queen Anne-style house and its beautiful grounds, including a Victorian garden and gazebo.

Inspired by the rich Victorian heritage of Williamsport, the Victorian House serves as a place for overnight visitors and special campus events. It features a wraparound porch, a grand foyer with an oak staircase, a parlor with a fireplace, and a rotunda with a sitting room/library. The four bedrooms are decorated with Victorian reproduction furniture and accents.

Designed by Penn College student Mark E. Kessler, the Victorian House pays homage to the nearby Millionaires' Row, showcasing modern construction technologies while complementing the architectural landmarks of the area. The guest rooms were dedicated to local couples who showed dedication to the College.
