Response from Bill, Julie, Scott, etc. on any questions, changes or concerns was always rapid, professional and pleasant. And we love our new home!! (Bill often said if we didn’t love it, they hadn’t done their job.) During a new build there are always going to be issues that crop up but those were small, infrequent and quickly remedied to our satisfaction. We would work with Bill and Eastwood again in a heartbeat, and would absolutely recommend them to others!"

"KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY. Eastwood cuts corners, uses odd size windows, discontinue siding, and no plywood on the outside of the house, just tyvec. Nothing is going to stop a kid from catching a ball and going right through the side of the house. It's a slab home, I have never bought a home from Eastwood. I have only watched as hundreds of these cheap homes have been built, and people buy them and are extremely unhappy. Just knock on ANY door of someone who owns one, and they will tell you the horrors of dealing with Eastwood."
