"We hired Jay after seeing his work on Big Star Lake. Our project was complex, requiring a total remodel and addition inside and outside. Jay was fair and competitive in his pricing and realistic knowing plans may change throughout the process. We made it clear in the beginning that we needed communication because we live out of state. He was very good and frequently sent us pictures and talked via phone. His crew also communicated with both progress reports and suggestions they were willing to make on the fly.
